BEYOND THE GAME
Beyond The Game empowers youth to excel in all facets of life. With your help, we are able to change the lives of kids by providing them with opportunities to reach success in many aspects of their lives. Our program was founded in 2016 with the goal to touch as many young adults as possible. Today, we have reached over 3,600 kids through our Guys With Ties and Girls With Pearls programs as well as over 6,000 kids through different camps and events. In addition, we have had the pleasure of donating over $200,000 in supplies to families in need while impacting 7 different states. This year we were again able to provide a holiday shopping to kids in our Guys With Ties and Girls With Pearls program in Columbus Ohio, thanks to the help of Walmart! Check out some of the photos and a special video below!

2024 Friday Night Lights Camps
Our 2024 FNL Camp served over 400 kids at the Pro Football Hall of Fame Fields in Canton Ohio and over 120 kids at the James VanDeGrift stadium in Lebanon Ohio! A special thank you to current and former Ohio State football players for giving the kids an amazing experience! A special thank you to all volunteers who helped make these camps possible! 2024 Bourbon With The Buckeyes
At the 2024 Bourbon With The Buckeyes we were able to raise $70,000 to help with our Guys With Ties and Girls With Pearls programs! A special thank you to all of our sponsors - Stellar Construction, Ohio Council of Community Schools, Zink Food Services, Good Nature Organic Lawn Care, Walmart, Grove City Dental, The Fenton family, Almost Heaven Ice Cream, Darby, Fentron, and others. Back To School Community Event
Beyond The Game partnered with Indianapolis Colts Wide Receiver, Ashton Dulin for a back to school community event, in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. A big shoutout to everyone who helped make this event special and to Ashton for generous donations to the kids in the community!
Guys With Ties Visit THE Buckeyes
20 Guys With Ties members attended an Ohio State Football practice as a result of being chosen as the top leaders of their schools! They brought encouraging signs and got to meet their favorite players. They also introduced themselves to head coach Ryan Day and delivered handwritten thank you notes.
Monica Day Talks GWT & GWP!
Columbus' own NBC 4 Star Monica Day, interviews President Devin Jordan and a school leader from St. Andrews Elementary, Katie Cappello on Guys With Ties and Girls With Pearls while also getting the opportunity to meet with some of the students and learn more about our programs!
Parma Schools New Empowering Program
Parma’s Pleasant Valley Elementary School recently introduced the national Girls with Pearls program. “The goal is just to empower young girls,” said Parma City School District occupational therapist Rachael Grubb, one of the Girls with Pearls program coordinators. The girls are really enjoying the program!
ABC6/FOX28 Star Visits GCCS
The girls at Grove City Christian got a visit from guest speaker Alissa Henry, host of The Cash Explosion Show & lifestyle show host at ABC6/FOX28 to talk about setting goals and chasing dreams! The girls got to ask Alissa questions about her job and how she accomplished her goals.
Guys With Ties Impacting Lives
Watch us on Fox28 with Maria Durant on how our Guys With Ties program is impacting lives! Fox28 news visited us at Violet Elementary in May 2023 to see how our program affects the children who are apart of it and to spread the word on how other schools in the community can join too!

Thank You For Helping Make 2024 A Special Year!
In 2022 Beyond The Game was able to expand both Guys With Ties and Girls With Pearls reaching over 2,600 kids in 41 schools and 6 states! Our goal is to reach 100 schools by 2026. The Mental Manual was used in over 16 new teams and programs across the nation and we donated over $58,000 in supplies and food across the nation.
